Food of Fusion Festival 2010

Korea. Beautiful Korea.

Mexican pop and candy.

Longest line in the joint.Smoothies from Jamaica on a hot day? Yes, please.

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and sauces for sale.

Tandoori chicken and Naan bread from India.

Grilled skewers from Taiwan.

Sausage, pirogies and potato pancakes from Poland.

Bannock from the Aboriginals. It was so good I forgot to take a picture right away.
And I have some in my freezer...ssh.

Empanadas from Peru.

This was my first year at Fusion Fest, but it will not be my last! The food was spectacular and had such a wide variety from so many countries that don't get recognized in traditional festivals.
Do make time for next year, you will not be disappointed.

nope! lol.

the pirogies were good. i had them one day in Poland and one day in Russia. Poland was better! they added caramelized onions and sour cream but the Russian ones were boiled in chicken broth and no onions.kinda salty and not..good.

but sadly, memere's pirogies are still better!
