It seems like such a rare or random thing to happen, but that doesnt mean that kid shouldn't have been doing it in the first place. Just because its rare that a child gets abducted by a stranger doesnt mean you let them roam around the neighborhood unsupervised. And just because gun accidents can be a fluke, and rare, doesnt mean that its acceptable to foster a fascination with guns in your child from an early age.
