Jax, much as I hate it, I don't know if Biden had a choice. Hanging out with the people we do, it's easy to forget the extreme hatred of homosexuality that still exists for most of the country. (I won't call it homophobia, because it's a lot worse than that.) If Obama or Biden came out in full support of gay marriage, I truly think it would lose them the election. It's incomprehensible to me that people feel the way they do about it. Honestly, I think people hate gays more than immigrants or Muslims.
i agree Moosh. I also think that Obama had to drop seomthing like gay rights to get some more votes this close to the line. becasue that tune is way diffenret than the one he spun on Ellen.

My coworker told me that CNN ran the question about her "Achilles heel" at the bottom of the screen the whole time she was NOT answering it. LOL.
All they did was have her memorize a bunch of short speeches, then use them regardless of whether they answered a given question.
