I would say just incredibly, mind-blowingly self-centered. I'm sure this guy told Sienna that his marriage has been "dead" for years. Does he have kids? He's not worried about the kids at all. I think only 5% of men in the western hemisphere even give a thought to their kids when it comes to affairs.
