Hey Jax, totally unrelated and my apologies, but I notice you say you like drinking Bellinis. Ever had the bellinis at the Ole Spaghetti Factory in Victoria? YUM YUM YUM the BEST.
not at that location but in vancouver im sure i have. the finest bellinis is chain restaurant Milestones IMO. delish! ive had much more expensive and less tasty varieties. fuck now i want a bellini. reminds me of a great bellinin recipe. you go to your local Bubble tea joint,ask for a peach slush no chewy (tapioca) bring er home poor a lil sangria or red wine and a shot of champagne or white rum. heaven in a cocktail glass. frozen peaches in a blender works too.

Oh thats a good idea, I've had peach Bubble Tea before, and that consistency is just PERFECT for a bellini. Thanks for the tip.

a bellini dear Cyn is a lovely peach slushy drink topped with sangria and/or champagne and white rum. its like a grown up slurpee.
